Since there wasn't even a ripple over that smack in the face, there is no chance (not there ever really was one).
The U.S. military takes an oath to the CONSTITUTION, not to a person. As corny as it sounds, that oath means something to those who take it (I've personally taken slightly different versions of it three times & I meant it every time). That oath means you UPHOLD the law.
