An American Adolph

WI: Herrn Hitler migrates to the US immediately after the end of WWI, during the 1920as becomes a US citizen. Even in a totally different environment his thoughts aren’t all that different and eventually he gets into politics?

Can we see a rise of a Nazi/Fascist US regime?

In short, no. Hitler would not have done well in U.S. politics. Add to that, he's a foreigner who moved to the U.S. as an adult, so the presidency is out of reach, and even if he learns to speak English fluently, he'll always speak it with a thick accent. Xenophobia was a big factor at this point, and although it's largely forgotten now, so was anti-Catholicism.

Remember also that Hitler fought against the U.S. in World War I, and although the war was largely seen as a mistake in the 1920s and 30s, a guy who bore arms against the United States in the service of a foreign power is going to be hard for a lot of people to swallow.

In short, any American fascism is going to be home-grown, and it's probably going to be of the anti-immigrant, anti-Catholic, Christofascist variety, not good for somebody like Hitler. American Fascists won't necessarily get along with their European Fascist counterparts.

None of the factors that enabled Hitler to take power in Germany exist in the US. The US is not angry about being defeated in World War I, view any treaty they signed as being dictated to them, have revanchist claims, feels humiliated, or have a significant population unwilling to support a democratic government. Its judiciary does not allow right wing political terror and murders to go unpunished, nor is any kind of political violence excused. As an immigrant, Hitler is not even eligible to become President.

He is just a strange little man who probably has an insignificant job and dies in complete obscurity.

I propose to you that rather than becoming a Fascist crazy man who lusts for power, Hitler becomes an irate chef instead. Soon, his soups are known the world over. And thus, the Soup Nazi is born 60 years earlier.

This has been done five times over.

My favorite ATL's were when Adolph Hitler becomes a fast food magnate, but best of all was when he became a powerful architect and structural engineer and married Ayn Rand.

Top that and we've got an OTL.
