In short, no. Hitler would not have done well in U.S. politics. Add to that, he's a foreigner who moved to the U.S. as an adult, so the presidency is out of reach, and even if he learns to speak English fluently, he'll always speak it with a thick accent. Xenophobia was a big factor at this point, and although it's largely forgotten now, so was anti-Catholicism.
Remember also that Hitler fought against the U.S. in World War I, and although the war was largely seen as a mistake in the 1920s and 30s, a guy who bore arms against the United States in the service of a foreign power is going to be hard for a lot of people to swallow.
In short, any American fascism is going to be home-grown, and it's probably going to be of the anti-immigrant, anti-Catholic, Christofascist variety, not good for somebody like Hitler. American Fascists won't necessarily get along with their European Fascist counterparts.
