American-Soviet foreign policy if Nazis win

Assume the Nazis win. Not a total victory but they keep some territory that they gained before and during the war. France is given sovereignty as part of a treaty, but Germany keeps some territory in Eastern Europe, including their half of Poland. In this TL, how would the Soviets and Americans conduct foreign policy? Would the Soviets attempt to gain territory/satellites in light of a German power virtually next door? Would America try to intervene if the Nazis tried to install or help Fascist regimes elsewhere?

Well early I'm sure they would try and show a untied but divisions would show as the years went on, I'm assuming the US and USSR cooperate to some degree and any Nazi backed nation that springs up in either countries immediate area is crushed instantly.

A lot of this depends on whether or not Hitler or some other Nazi functionary is in charge. For the sake of simplicity, I'm going to assume that some rational military strongman is in charge, though the Party is still immensely influential/popular.
  • USA: Stronger ties with Britain in order to provide a united bulwark against the spread of fascism and communism throughout the world.
  • USSR: Maybe they meddle around in the Balkans periodically, but you'll probably see them shift to a more Asia-centric foreign policy. Expect much heavier Soviet influence in the Middle East and East Asia.
Since you've basically set up a three-way Cold War, every side will be very uneasy and suspicious of one another. The Soviets and the Anglo-Americans will be the most influential worldwide, but Germany will still be a very powerful entity due to its European hegemon and (presumable) nuclear capabilities.

I said there wasn't a total victory. They "won" but the Soviets are still around, though not nearly as influential in the region.

They are ideologically dedicated to destroying each other. Well maybe if Hitler was removed from the scene, some sort of deal could be worked out. America might just let the Reich and USSR have their own Cold War.

Ok, for the sake of the thread, the war goes longer than OTL and Hitler dies before a treaty is made. There were rumblings of a treaty before Hitler died but they didn't want to speak up for obvious reasons.
