I'm thinking of a scenario that involves an ATL version of the US being founded as a ceremonial monarchy (1730s PoD). I just had a couple questions about possible future developments. Are any of the following things plausible, or am I just going full Eurofed here?

1. Future annexations (California, Texas, Hawaii) remaining independent, but accepting the US monarch as their own ceremonial head of state and agreeing to a military alliance and a number of economic agreements with the US.

2. A North-South "Ausgleich", where the Deep South+Florida gains a great deal of autonomy from the rest of the country, but retains the US monarch as the ceremonial head of state.

3. The idea in #1 being applied to places like Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Panama.

4. #3 actually happening with something resembling consent by the ruling elites of those areas

5. Long-term, the various crown territories growing closer politically and economically, to the point that most outsiders consider it to be one country by the early 21st century.

Edit: I just realized that I forgot to mention that this ATL US gains its independence in a manner very similar to OTL (violent revolution with plenty of Franco-Spanish assistance).
