American Foreign Policy if Hillary Clinton won in 2016

(not sure if this current politics or not - mods do what you see is best)

If Hillary Clinton won the 2016 election, how would American foreign policy be different from our current foreign policy? She was definitely more of a hawk than Trump, so I could see a tougher stance in Syria and Russia.

Since her administration would only start on January 20, 2017 and would continue at least until today, and since the whole idea is to compare her hypothetical administration to Trump's actual one, this is as clear a case of current politics as I can imagine. It belongs in Chat, IMO.
