What if the original U.S. constitution limited presidents to a single term, like - as every AHer knows - the C.S. constitution did much later on?

This term can be 4 years, 6 years, 8, whatever. The important factor is that a president cannot be reelected.

How would this affect American politics, assuming it is never amended out of existence? Presumably they'd cycle through a lot more founding fathers in the early years, for a start...
