American Civil War thesis help

I'm doing an essay on the Civil War. (more like an editorial)

I decided that i'll compare President Lincoln to his counterpart, President Davis and basically write about the differences between the two. I have my thesis (somewhat) done, which is:

the actions [Lincoln and Davis] did as C-in-C, the strategies they engaged in (and planned) and the characters of them.

The catch is that it has to have (major) bias towards the Union, so it'll emphasis more onto the good things that Lincoln did and the bad things that Davis did.

My question is that is my thesis idea well-thought? If my entire thesis is needed, then i'll post it.

If you don't do your own homework you'll never learn anything.

You've school tomorrow, so stop surfing the internet and start studying.

it was Davis war to lose, and oh boy did he loose it, more than any single thing Lincoln did right was what Davis did wrong, Davis was an officer and as such thought he could run the war from Richmond, the picking of Richmond for the capital itself was a Davis fuck up, the CSA only needed to keep an army in the field much like Washington in the ARW and keep that army from being crushed thus slowly drive the enemy insane playing cat and mouse but Davis tried to go toe to toe with the USA and was crushed.

Well, technically, this essay is due next week so i'm actually pursuing this early.

I see. Davis fought the war as a military officer and thought his subordinates would follow his command (or lack of). As well, he moved his capital to the frontlines, like a General would.
