Alternative Wives for Edward of Westminster

I am beginning to start some early research on the War of the Roses with the goal of eventually creating a TL about a successful Lancasterian Restoration. I am intrigued about the ramifications of a Lancaster victory in 1470/1471. As a result I have grown more intrigued about Edward of Westminster, the only Prince of Wales to die in battle.

In OTL, Prince Edward of Westminster was married in 1470 to Warwick the Kingmakers daughter Anne Neville. The intent of the marriage was to solidify this alliance against Edward IV and restore the Lancasters. I, however, feel as if Warwick had already burned to many bridges in Edward IV's court and was effectively already dependent upon the Lancasters. Thus I view this marriage as a missed opportunity for the Lancasters to secure a Foriegn alliance.

Who are some potential brides for Edward and how would that marriage alliance effect Lancaster efforts to regain control of England?

I think he could marry Isabella of Castile or La Beltraneja.

I thought about those two Spanish matches, in fact Isabella was my original choice for Edward. The only problem I think is it doesn't seem to make much political or military sense. The Lancasters need an alliance that can support them with gold, troops or both and I doubt a Spanish marriage would provide much of both.

Also someone like Isabella of Castile as a major heiress is simply too big an ask for the heir to a pretender like Edward of Westminster.

Margaret of Anjou needed the help of Warwick to restore her husband to the throne. I do not see Warwick allying with Margaret without having Edward of Westminster marry one of his daughters. In OTL, Margaret felt that she would do whatever was needed to restore the Lancasters to the English throne. She wanted a better marriage for Edward but she wanted her son to eventually be king even more. Margaret, in the event of Alice’s death, would likely seek a foreign marriage for her son.

Edward of Westminister could marry Isabella of Castile and take both Castile and Aragon, he is the heir to Yolande of Aragon's claims to Aragon after Nicholas, if Nicholas still dies, Westminister could marry Isabella and take Aragon from Ferdinand.

This would have to assume he won the War of Roses. No way the Castilians would abandon an asset to a pretender.

What about Margaret of Scots? Marguerite and Mary of Guelders, queen of Scots, had kicked the idea of THAT match around during the time the Lancastrians spent north of the border. EIV's military threats meant the offer was yanked. When Warwick proposed his daughter, Marguerite asked him why she should when "we have the offer of the princess for our son"?. True, by that point the offer was probably BS, but such a marriage to lowly Sotland meant connections (however tangential) to the Low Countries and indirectly, France. Charles the Bold only helped EIV when it was in HIS interests to do so, so it might help to have a part-Burgundian princess of Wales. Plus, EIV was certainly nervous about the match, which to me suggests that he was concerned about the possibility (not only of the Lancastrian line continuing) of an Auld Alliance dogpile on England.
