If Africa had been carved up differently between European powers, which parts would have been desirable for white settlers that weren't colonised in our timeline? It seems like the places that most attracted settlement were places with either good farming or good mining prospects. Are there any areas of sub-Saharan Africa that had very good farming or mining potential for the first half of the 20th Cenutry, but which weren't settled in our timeline?
