Alternative "Drakon": Ken Lafarge wins easily

Apologies to the members who had not read the Draka series by S.M. Stirling -- the post assumes you have.

After Ken Lafarge's failed attack on Gwen's fortress on Andros island, Gwen tells her closest circle what she has learned. "One thing we now know he does not have is an antimatter bomb. If he had it, he'd use it, and this island would not be here any more."

Well, suppose Lafarge does have an antimatter bomb. He uses it, Gwen and her project are dead, end of story.

Except it is not.

First, how is the world going to react to an inexplicable nuclear explosion over the Bahamas, which does not match any known fission or fusion profile? Second, what is Ken Lafarge going to do now that he has no purpose? Note that he comes from a very morally repressive Christian culture with values similar to New England circa 1880, and finds much of modern world (well, the world of late 1990's when "Drakon" takes place) repulsive. And has the technology to infiltrate any information system effortlessly.
