Alternate WWI question

Were events to unfold in such a way the France were to declare war on Germany, rather than the other way round. And Italy fulfilled their obligations and joined Germany in it's war effort. How does Italy look following the war (Assuming an Entente victory still takes place). Does this affect how the Ottomans view the struggle, and their interests in joining the war?

If Italy joined the CP then an Entente victory becomes much more difficult, as the Entente's great strength was political/strategic being able to recruit more powerful allies.

The west/south coasts of Italy were open to Entente seapower, so would likely cop a hiding.

If Italy joins the Germans in August 1914, the French are most likely defeated by the end of September.

France originally deployed 6 divisions to the Alps and Moltke planned on the Italians freeing up two corps along the Rhine.

The Italians could intercept some of the French forces coming from Algeria and Morocco.

That said, who actually declares war is irrelevant to the Triple Alliance. The phrase is "without provocation" which would cover the German declaration of war on Russia.

The Austrians violated the treaty by declaring war on Serbia without prior agreement with Italy. Austria simply overplayed it's hand
