I was referring to the post above mine.
Oops. Didn't realize that.
a thought about your generic authoritarian-ish "all apes follow koba now" republic going through a rough patch,
I figure this not-too-sharp jab at public consciousness will probably earn the artist an extended stay in the countryside if not a one-way trip down the stairs,
Maybe someone can put up some facist propaganda that a Trump administration would use?
How about 21st century Nazi propaganda?
How about some 'Republic of Texas' propaganda?
A poster from Nap's timeline.
Here's another bit, can't remember who posted it originally:
Another, from a different author, posted in the early years of this thread.
Can you please provide us a link for this TL?
Knock yourself out. It goes to Fallout levels of "dystopia with cringy 1950s smiles" by the end.
I'm surprised Nap didn't have it linked in his signature or something.
Not really "alternate world-ish",but found these while reading this article.
All credits to the author.
Too bad its dead
Nope ! Communist Quebec Propaganda
(On top banner : ''If I love my country, the land that saw me birth, I dont want god, I dont want master''
On bottom banner: ''If you too want to help your country, join the socialist youth)
Cqn I request some propaganda for my TL?
1-Corporatist USA(fascist)propaganda about their annexation of Nanchuria and setting puppet regime there
2-Propaganda about Divine Khanate of Mongolia and their leader Roman von Ungern-Sternberg
3-Propaganda about Russian dictator, Lav Tolstoy who is seen as Holy Protector and Saviour of Russian Race
Communist Quebec! And you even used the Patriotes' tricolour!
If I may correct you on the French translation, I only need to nitpick you on how you translated 'socialist youth'. 'Jeunesses Socialiste' translates to 'Socialist Youth Groups' or something along a pluralised youth with the meaning of youth being the early part of one's life instead of a singular youth group, as I assume was the intention.
I hope my explaination made sense. A proper translation would be 'Jeunesse Socialiste', but the word jeunesse IIRC is rarely used that way. An even better and more normal-sounding name would be 'les Jeunes Socialistes', or 'the Young Socialists'. This is how the French Parti Socialiste named their youth group. A good Canadian example would be the New Democratic Party's youth group, the New Democratic Youth, is still translated as the Jeunes néo-démocrates.
when you speak french and make a grammatical error...
Thanks for the correction, I should have re-read myself before saving the lettering
How about some Corporate-Canada propaganda?
I am still waiting...
Separate names with a comma.
