Why does the 38 year old Prince Arthur look like he's in his late 40s early 50s?
Probably chain-smoking. Have a variety of chimneys in my family so I know first hand how a person of 50 looks like 70 after doing it since age 15, so it makes sense to me that if Arthur is an extreme smoker age will be appearing on him earlier than expected

Can confirm (source: me, a chain smoker)

Inpired by @JCC the Alt Historian, here is my take in the Ulama, the Devil Bird.

deeqypb-04fc8006-a68c-44f7-b9a7-0df22caec162.jpg

The Devil-bird (Ulama in Sri Lankan) was a cryptide from Sri Lanka that emits human screams during the night in the jungle. In Sri Lankan folklore, it is believed that the howling of this bird is an omen of death.
Since the bird was not often seen and its scream was described only in vague terms, the sound recordings of the Ulama were close to those of the jungle nightjar (Caprimulgus indicus kelaarti).
The identification of this bird was the subject of an investigation by Dr. R. L.. Spittel. A specimen of Ulama found in 2001 by villagers has been being studied by Spittel. The general morphology is very close to Bubo nipalensis (Spot-bellied eagle-owl), but the color differs widely. Spittel called the species Bubo ceylonensis or Sri-lankese eagle-owl.

The sunset days of the Hayden Administration seemed to carry a warm glow of stability and non-controversy that would have floated Vice President Roosevelt into office. But October 2004's sharp recession, and Hayden's unpopular imposition of austerity measures, cut any romance out of the campaign. Kennedy, freshman Assemblyman from New York, scion of a gleaming political family, sailed to the nomination and took Wesley Clark, who led anti-government forces during the Hot Seventies, as his running mate. Roosevelt, a pre-eminent member of the Socialist Party's hard left, forged a common platform with the Communists that advocated the socialization of all industries, abolition of wages and replacement with labor-based Transferable Work Point Credits, and extremely high income and wealth taxes. United Center, who had been excluded from the traditionally nonpartisan policymaking process, adopted a far more moderate platform calling for a negative income tax, job retraining programs, infrastructure investment, and removing unnecessary regulations.

Kennedy's charisma, wide-ranging appeal, and the unpopularity of his rival broke the Socialists' 25-year spell in government and swept his party to power.

Same universe as this box. Thanks to a very successful Franco-Spanish intervention in the war of independence America os recognized years ahead of schedule, and gets Canada for their trouble (yay). But there has been less time to build a national identity and the Articles eventually fail with no replacement, leading to a fractured environment (less yay). But for some, the Dream lives on....

Either I'm missing something, you linked the wrong box, or this really is somehow connected to ATLA.

Completely different father, yet Prince Charles (although named differently) exists throughout all odds. I suppose he is always meant to be king.
Lord Porchester doesn’t look the exact opposite of Prince Philip in all fairness. Philip was pretty absent from Charles’ childhood so his personality wouldn’t be heaps different

From a timeline idea I've had for awhile: Essentially, Biden allows the other two women to testify during the Anita Hill/Clarence Thomas hearings. When they do, enough senators flip to deny Thomas a nomination. This launches a smaller version of the #MeToo movement with other women - believing they'll be believed - coming forward to share their stories, etc. Two fallouts ensue: the implosion of Clinton's 1992 campaign and Ted Kennedy, focused on the hearings and the necessary follow up hearings for Bush's next nominee, forgets about a date he has with Vickie Kennedy. Vickie ends their relationship - then at the very early stages. Between not having Vickie and the increased attention on inappropriate sexual relationships, Kennedy loses the 1994 Senate race to Mitt Romney, who becomes a sort of savior figure within the GOP for defeating Kennedy. He rides this momentum to defeat George W. Bush for the 2000 Republican nomination. Bush has his chance in 2008, but by then he's forced to face JFK Jr, the two-term Governor of NY.

Here's the 2000 Wikibox from this universe. I did it with minimal changes to the PV, but I also could imagine Nader not being as strong ITTL

I don't know where this idea came from but in this world, the US never expands beyond its borders immediately post-independence, and as a result has a different electoral system:
