I meant more along the lines of "Is Louisiana a big French Canada or did it balkanize into native states" sort of thing
Oh, I see. I didn't really plan anything outside the US, but I suppose the British would take it after Napoleon's defeat, and they'd split it up among the Canadas, native states, and some sort of francophone province.

The 1988 Presidential Election in this TL:

Another Presidential Election from this timeline:

This time we see ‘Wild Bill’ of North Dakota getting elected over incumbent President and industrialist Kaiser. Some cite Kaiser’s loss as due to isolationists in the Democratic Party running off to endorse Taft, but most people agree it was due the beginning of the Great Recession that occurred under Kaiser, though most of those same people agree the government’s failure to fix it was more due to the lameduck Congress than his actual policies. Anyhow, Langer would go on to win a second and then third term after bringing America out of the worsening economic downturn. However, despite his successes, Langer would go on to become the most controversial President of the 20th Century, even above Schwarzkopf, mostly due to his personal craziness and his many, many accusations of corruption (these allegations would even get him impeached, though his impeachment did not make it pass the Senate).

Here is a remade version of past wikiboxs. I wasn't satisfied with how the flags of Britain and their armed forces looked in the previous version, being the exactly the same as the current flag of Britain.

Charles Infobox.PNG

Charles has been on the throne for 37 years. Thrust upon the throne at an early age, Charles has proved to be a competent monarch and a much beloved one at that. With the Royal family's popularity as high as ever, this has allowed Charles to maintain many of the Royal prerogatives that his namesake fought for so many centuries ago.

Henry Frederick Wikibox.PNG
Heir of the great Charles V, Henry Frederick is the next generation in the long history of the Stuart family. After his service in the Royal Army he has campaigned extensively for Veteran affairs and has used his influence as the Prince of Wales to push reforms in Parliament. It would seem that for his reign he will have no issue involving himself in the legislative process when the situation demands it, a trademark of his Stuart family.

Prince James Wikibox.png

The heir to the heir, James is the grandson of two of the most powerful nations in Europe and his birth seems to indicate a further cooperation between the Germanic and Britannic Empires.

Camelot Reborn

Arthur I (20 September 1486 – 2 March 1542) was King of England from 1511 until his death in 1542. As the eldest son and heir apparent of Henry VII of England, Arthur was viewed by contemporaries as the great hope of the newly established House of Tudor. He is widely regarded as one of England’s greatest kings, and as a result is often confused with his mythical namesake. His mother, Elizabeth of York, was the daughter of Edward IV, and his birth cemented the union between the House of Tudor and the House of York.

Plans for Arthur's marriage began before his third birthday; he was installed as Prince of Wales two years later. At the age of eleven, he was formally betrothed to Catherine of Aragon, a daughter of the powerful Catholic Monarchs in Spain, in an effort to forge an Anglo-Spanish alliance against France. Arthur was well educated and, contrary to some modern belief, was in good health for the majority of his life. Soon after his marriage to Catherine in 1501, the couple took up residence at Ludlow Castle in Shropshire.

In 1505, he would welcome his first child, Princess Elizabeth (1505-1531), who was followed by Princess Margaret (1507-1576), the future Henry VIII (1510-1574), Princess Mary (1512), and Prince Edward, Duke of York (1515-1556).

His reign is notable for the many successful wars against France, commanded by him and his brother Henry, Duke of York, and the rebranding of the city of Winchester as ‘Camelot’. He was granted the title ‘Defender of the Faith’ by the papacy for his service to catholism.

However, in modern times, he has been thought to have been quite sickly as a child, and even had some remaining conditions as King. This has however added to his conception as a brave, warrior king.

Arthur's contemporaries considered him an attractive, educated, and accomplished king. He has been described as "one of the most charismatic rulers to sit on the English throne" and his reign has been described as the "most important" in English history. He was an author and composer.

The Polarization of American politics has increased since the 1800 Elections. New England had become a staunch hold for The Federalists. In this timeline, Jefferson would still win the election, however, the New England states (Not including Vermont as they never join the Union). Claims and rumours of election fraud began to rise. As violence began to rise up between Democratic-Republicans and Federalists, Riots broke out in cities. Ultimentully, the State of Massachusetts would declare succession from the United States. Soon the rest of the New English states would succeeded, forming the Commonwealth of New England. The US would send in its troops hoping to put down the states. Vermont would aid New England for some reason (This wasn't as well thought as I hope). With Britain aiding the New Englanders (I don't know what to call them) as well as recognizing them. These factors as well as problems at home forced the US to recognize new England and evacuate all of their forces from the regions.
