Wasn't it canon for Cohle's picture to be Matthew McConnaughey? Otherwise, that's pretty cool.

The fact that he looks like Pierre Trudeau in that picture just adds to the suitability, as Cohle was honestly a sort of socially-conservative socialist American version of Trudeau.Wasn't it canon for Cohle's picture to be Matthew McConnaughey? The character of Matthew Cohle comes from an election game called Split the Vote, although I'm pretty sure he's appeared in other stuff as well.
It was an election game did by @RobertTaftfan234 that turned out quite weird.

Do tell me if my interpretation of the events in the Cohle-series infobox and the 2004 election write-up don't match up with yours.
