The problem with Pyrrhus was he couldn't stick with a campaign. He would start one (like in southern Italy) and then just as quickly go to a different one(Sicily).I means, a thing I always found curious is why Alexander and the macedonians, so 'greecified', didn' try well more to take in all of main cultual greec areas (I may be wrong, but some areas escaped, small places), and why Magna Greca-Sicilia, who was close, greecified quite and relatively rich too I was told was kinda spared. I means, the whole 'I am heir of greecedom' thing he had as well as wishing to conquer the world.
So, maybe such a guy would turn attention there, dunno....
