Too many unknowns to answer. Based on what exactly happened, there could be many independent countries or few.
Non-Russian nationalists had set up governments in Finland, the three Baltic Countries, Belarussia, and Ukraine as well as in the Caucasus. Plus Central Asia had basically become independent as well. The Cossacks in the Kuban were making an attempt as well.
All of these could have become independent. Any White government in Russia would likely have tried to suppress them. Conceivably they could wipe out all, some, or none of them.
Whether you have warlords in the remaining rump of Russia depends on the effectiveness and legitimacy of the national government. Are we talking complete anarchy after the Kerensky government falls? Or did some kind of post-Kerensky regime get put into place?
Who exactly makes up this non-Communist government? Is it people to the left of Kerensky? Is there an SR dominated government after legitimate elections of a Russian Constituent Assembly? Do the conservative forces win a military victory and institute a right wing dictatorship?
Russia in 1917-1919 is in a very fluid situation. Lots of different things can happen. More precise events/PODs must be known before one can make any educated guesses. The earlier the POD, the more different things can happen. The later the POD, it becomes more obvious what the alternatives would be.
