Alternate Names of Monarchs

Well? The most obvious I can think of is Czar Konstantin. What other non-OTL names are the monarchs of various countries likely to get?

Not sure what you mean, but...

for Great Britain:
Victoria reigns as Alexandrine
Edward VII reigns as Albert I or Albert Edward I
George VI reigns as Albert II or Albert Edward II

For Spain:
Juan Carlos reigns as Juan III

Or, are you talking about alternate names they might have been given at birth?

Not sure if this counts, but perhaps King Frederick of the UK and Hannover?

Popes are quite easy, we could have more or less of any name.

Franz Joseph I of Austria could be Franz II.
Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom could be Alexandra I or Mary III if for some reason she would choose not to use her birth name as was suggested.

I wish there'd been a King Mark of England(because that's my name:)), but I don't know when this would've been most likely or why a king would have chosen this name in the first place(one reason being it's a saint's name). In fact, there's never been a King Mark in any country:(.
