Alternate names for Yugoslavia?

I noticed that there are no threads for this (or at the least I could not find any). What are some other names for Yugoslavia?

Obvious ones would include Greater Serbia, the Balakn Federation and Illyria, I know Yugoslavia just means South Slavia, so perhaps the same could be done for other ways of saying that, such as Lower Slavia?

Maybe somehow draw upon the name of the Adriatic Sea - Jadransko More or Jadran in S-H and S?

Dalmatia also could be used, expanded to cover the whole area. Pars for toto has a very long history ...

Illyria is the best alternate option. The first primitive pan-Yugoslav movements and ideas were generally oriented around the "Illyrian" name and concept.

Other than that, you could go for some awkward geographical designations. (Danubian Slavia? Adriatic Slavia? Dinaric Slavia?)

The name Yugoslavia was created by the combination of the Slavic words "jug" (south) and "slaveni" (Slavs)

How is "United Slavs nation" called in slavic languages ?
