Well is there any other ways to name the kingdom into a more Natural sense of area than that of calling it the Isles?
Suðreyjar meansSouthern Isles - relative to the Northern Isles of Orkney & Shetland.
Calling it the Kingdom of the Isles is rather naturalistic if you read about the area.
However if you want more a Kingdom of Placename effect then perhaps King of Islay?
