Alternate name for an independent Spanish Netherlands

Assuming that at some point the Spanish Netherlands became its own entity under a cadet branch of the Habsburg or a separate dynasrt, what name would it be given?

Perhaps Batavia? Spain itself is already based on the Roman era name of Hispania, so it's an option. Flanders could also work just as well

I don't see Flanders as a name for the entire Low Countries (if that is what we are thinking of). The County of Flanders was just part of it. I suppose it could be an unofficial name, in the way that "Holland" often is used for the Netherlands OTL, but I don't think it would be used officially. The other provinces wouldn't care for it.

Belgica included only Flanders, and no Belgae lived on the other side of the Maas, so no, it wouldn't be called Belgium.

What would it be called then? If it included what became the Spanish Netherlands either before the Dutch revolt or after it.

Depends on whether there's a war of independence, since the North and Amsterdam was less prosperous than the South (modern day Belgium roughly) before the blockade of the Schelde during the 80 years war. Most likely, it'd just be called "The low countries" at first, since that's what the region has been called for a long time. This name IOTL eventually morphed into "The Netherlands", so it might just be the same name as OTL Netherlands in the end.

Interesting, and if this is post the eighty years war perhaps during the 1800s

The whole region has been called the Netherlands, Low Countries, ever since the beginnings of Burgundian control. That's why appellations such as Spanish, Austrian, and United (Provinces of) were added when control was divided.
So an independent Netherlands that isn't the UPN or otherwise republican will probably be named after the dynasty in control.
Naming the dynasty will depend on titles and politics. A cadet Habsburg line would probably be the House of Brabant or Lothier.

Okay interesting, so the kingdom itself would likely be kingdom of Brabant?

No, though Brabant was a part of the Netherlands, Anjou was governed independently of England aha.
Just pointing out that the House name doesn't automatically become the name of the realm, France wasn't the Kingdom of Valois despite being a Valoisian Kingdom.
Likewise the Brabantine Netherlands won't necessarily be the Kingdom of Brabant. It's almost certain not to start out as a kingdom anyway.
