Alternate Leaders Game

I haven't seen one of these the last few pages, so why don't we play a Leaders game?

I'll start. It's America under a somewhat Parliamentary system of government (there is only the Federal Parliament, which has a proportional by-state allotment but allows the states to decide how to allot the seats, the Council is proposed by the President and the choices are modified/approved by the Parliament, and all members come from the Parliament, etc. etc.). There are other effects, too, such as a much stronger Federalist presence. Post both the President, the Council, and the Parliament, please.

(1789 Government)

President:

George Washington (Unaffiliated)

Federal Council:

Prime Minster: John Adams (Federalist Party)

Minister of Foreign Affairs: John Jay (Federalist Party)

Minister of State: John Rutledge (Federalist Party)

Minister of War: Samuel Huntington (Federalist Party)

Minister of Justice: Benjamin Lincoln (Federalist Party)

Minister of Postal: Frederick Muhlenberg (Federalist Party)

Federal Parliament:

Federalist Party (Party Leader John Adams): 81 seats

Anti-Federalist Party (Party Leader: George Clinton): 7 seats

Unaffiliated: 11 seats

Next election is scheduled for 1794, but can be called for earlier due to the President dissolving the Government, the Federal Council resigning, or the Federal Parliament voting for new elections.

(I know this is likely completely silly but you should really just relax and go with it.)
