This would take place far before 800 AD, but what if the Greco-Roman mystery cults had syncretized and unified into some kind of pan-Mediterranean pantheon? Very ASB, given the secretive nature of said cults and their less than friendly relationship with the established power structure of Rome, but a new set of Twelve Olympians featuring everyone from Isis to Mithras would've been one hell of a trip.
