I've got a timeline wherein Greece is a bit better off and Ioannis Kapodistrias is in charge for several years after independence leaving Greece more stable and with a slightly larger population base, and the Göttingen Seven aren't expelled, and Hanover doesn't get rid of its liberal constitution. My question for help is from here, how do you think this would affect the beginnings of the liberal revolutions of 1848? And could this affect the start of the Crimean War any?
