I’ve always enjoyed how creative you get with map-making. Good work!

Since we are on the topic of 1968, here’s one of mine:

genusmap.php

Robert F. Kennedy (D-NY)/Ralph Yarborough (D-TX) - 301 EV, 50% PV
Ronald Reagan (R-CA)/Chuck Percy (R-IL) - 237 EV, 49% PV

Reagan very very nearly wins his home state of California, but Kennedy’s mobilization of the anti-war left and minorities wins him the state and the election by only 61,527 votes!

No Need For You, Florida 2000

2000.PNG

Al Gore/Joe Lieberman 53,040,262 (49.1%) 309 EV
George W. Bush/Dick Cheney (48.2%) 229 EV

US-as-France?

Luther Strange, from what I know of him, seems like he'd make a poor Le Pen...

Now, Mod's here is a 2020. But divergence is with this map for 2012.
and
2016: Obamanation II: The Progressives Strike Back.
genusmap.php
So please don't give me a warning for the 2020 edition of this. Now. On to the map.

2020: Radical Left,Right and Centrism
genusmap.php
Democratic: Vice President Bernie Sanders (VT)/Governor Kamala Harris (CA)-256 Electoral votes,42.8% Popular
Republican: Governor Michelle Bachmann (MN)/Secretary of State Jon Huntsmen Jr. (UT)-245 Electoral Votes,40.1% Popular
Libertarian: CEO Jeff Bezos (WA)/Representative Autumn Browne (CA)-37 Electoral Votes,16.3% Popular
Green: Doctor Jill Stein (MA)/Board of Education member Dario Hunter (OH)-0 Electoral Votes,0.8% Popular.
With the Republicans's "Pragmatist" Wing defeated by the Obama-Sanders ticket in 2016. The party drifts rightward. alas 2016. With Minnesota Governor Michelle Bachmann (Who wins the governor's mansion in 2014 against a blue wave trend that year) playing the role of Trump as the firebrand the get's the nomination by electrifying the electorate with the promise of a wall on the U.S-Mexico borders, protectionism against China,Europe and the rest of NAFTA (To be renegotiated as US-North American Trade Agreement) and getting Gas below $2 a gallon by expanding drilling in the Gulf and severely reducing the gas tax raised by Obama in 2017. The Democrats. Pick Vice President Sanders. Who came in 2nd in 2016 with a similar platform as OTL with a similar base of support due to progressive wing of the party embracing him as a "True Liberal" compared to the what is seen as this time's rather more moderate view of Obama after 2012. Meanwhile with the Libertarians passing the 5% of votes necessary for federal finance requirements for presidential elections. The Libertarians are now set up to pull off a serious election after gaining a house seat in 2018 in California's 3rd district during a
minor Republican wave year. (The house is 222 Republican,212 Democrat,1 Libertarian). With Jeff Bezos. The founder of amazon, emerging over Gary Johnson ironically who set up the rise of the Libertarian's for 2020. (For reference https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...olitics-of-jeff-bezos/?utm_term=.698fa6fada4c). Overall 2020 is seen as a year of Radicals. Sanders attacks Bachmann on her views on immigration, abortion and creationism & wanting to dramatically cut Corporate & Capital gains taxes while wanting to phase out Social Security & Medicare. Bachmann attacked Berine as a "Out of Touch Socialist who wants to bankrupt America for the Globalists" and a "Lack of real world Experience". Bezos meanwhile took the high road. Playing to disenfranchised "Moderate & New Democrats" on the left and "Main Street Republicans" who wanted little of Bachmann's overt Evangelicalism & playing to racial animosity along with the growing libertarian movement and the "Disillusioned Millions" who were sick & tried of Washington insiders, partisanship and a lack of "real leadership". With much of the campaign focused West of the Rocky Mountains. When election day came. Their was ultimately no electoral majority and the Republican house cut a deal with the more "Palatable" Bezos if he allowed Romney's former Secretary of State Jon Huntsmen and Bachmann's running mate to be Vice President. In spite of a massive campaign for the Congress to respect the "Will of the people" and have the winner of the popular vote, Berine Sanders have the presidency. Bezos is inaugurated on January 20th 2021.

Since they usually don't involve naming candidates, no, I don't think so
In that case...

First, Maryland. I tried to follow county lines as much as possible, which worked for the most part, except Anne Arundel County. I also managed to give Baltimore its own district.

A challenge:

A county map for a presidential election where the Democrat only carries Wyoming. It can be any year. If significant divergences are made from OTL, please state them.
