So, unfortunate timing, but I had been reading the wiki article (I know, I know...) on the Palace of Westminster, and it mentioned that after the 1834 fire there were 97 designs submitted. I was wondering if anybody knew where I might be able to find them. Sadly, the wiki footnotes lead to a paywall. What was interesting was that the Lords explicitely ruled out a neoclassical design and specified either a gothic or Elizabethan one before opening up the competition.

You could also search the online catalogues of the Victoria and Albert Museum and RIBA as the first article suggests.

Probably worth bearing in mind that, like a lot of 19th century architectural competitions, were highly speculative and not necessarily realistic.

Tangential, but always reminds me of the story that the design for the OTL Hungarian Parliament building was runner-up in the competition for the Reichstag. So, if the panel had made a different decision it would have been that Gothic masterpiece that was smashed up in WWII.
