Alternate Countries (18th Century)

There were a number of wars of the period with Russia that could instantly give us heaps of new countries such as those of the Caucaus and the Tartar regions. Certainly forcing Russia to remain in the heartland would allow for a lot of new potential countries but also radically changing how the other European powers would interact.
 
The revival of Kingchu (or Chu/楚國) under the Southern Ming dynasty in 1644 with either Namking or even Anhui region as the capital.
