Alternate Congress of Vienna

What could have been a better decision in the Congress of Vienna?
I don't know if it would be realistic, actualy I don't think it is realistic, but I think it would have been better if Belgium would have been split between the Netherlands and France (although I am sure the Belgians would disagree).

Alexander I of Russia gets whole Duchy of Warsaw and Austrian 1st partition, Gdańsk would me a nice bonus, but highly unlikely. It makes the Kingdom of Poland bigger, and more difficult to digest for the Russian Empire.

I'm not sure territorial aggrandizement at eastern Austria's expense is viable unless they get something like:
1. Silesia back, with Prussia getting Saxony in exchange
2. Free hand, supported by Russia, against the Ottomans in regaining Belgrade and taking Bosnia

Austria got in OTL enough in Italy, so losing some poor lands behind the mountains doesn't seem like a problem.

Austria dets more in Germany, less (if anything) in Italy. Not sure how to go about getting it though.

Bavaria doesn't sign the Treaty of Ried and the Wittelsbachs are punished for allying with Napoleon. The old electorate of Bavaria (with some other territories) are added to Austria?

I read somewhere that the Bavarian Army set out for Leipzig to fight for Napoleon, but still hadn't got there when they received news of his defeat, and so marched to the Allied camp instead. Not sure if it's true though.

My opinion is that OTL was pretty good. However:
- Corsica to Tuscany/Sardinia
- Bessarabia back to Moldova and Moldova as a Russian Puppet. Wallachia as an Austrian puppet. Ottomans get free hand against Serb rebels without Russia or Austria meddling.

Not crucial
- Posen as a part of Russian ruled Poland. Prussia gains for that either Ostfriesland & Alsace-Lorraine or less likely, entire Saxony. Maybe the king of Saxony could have been king of Lombardy or whatever.

I honestly like Corsica as an Italian land. Don't ask me why.

For me Russia would be happy if they could influence Moldova. I'm not sure if they're willing to give up Bessarabia for their vassal. The Ottomans are better off with restoring Belgrade than constantly losing Romania to Russia.

The remainder is good enough for me.
