Alternate chinese unification?

Imperial China is traditionally considered to have started after The Qin conquered its neighbours . What'd happen if the Zhao or the Chu unified the nation? Would it be possible?

I personally find the Chu and the Wei to have the best shots at unifying China aside from the Qin.
The Zhao was a military power, but it lacked population.
The Chu was alienated due to it's size and cultural differences from the other kingdoms. However, given sheer size and population, the CHu unifying China is not impossible.
The Wei was for a long time the strongest power, and took all the 6 other kingdoms ganging up on the Wei to stop their rise. However it's location means expansion in insanely hard. However them unifying China is possible.

Well, the royal house of Han Dynasty (Liu) hailed from Chu. Nevertheless, a unified China under Chu leadership is indeed interesting.

An interesting to be of note thing might be that much of the Qin royal family was of Chu origin, including Qin Shihuang who's (I think) grandmother and aunt were both Chu princesses married off to the Qin.

Oooohhhhh... I didn't knew that the First Chinese Emperor has a Chu blood flowing in his veins.
