Well i mean the luftwaffe still use the cross but in a different manner but maybe used by either a right wing group or maybe for historical reenactment

This is the insignia of the portion of the Saudi Royal Air Force that is loyal to the "King" in Mecca in the 1981 Saudi Civil War. The seal of Mecca, the holiest city in all if Islam, is paired with the Saudi Royal Air Force roundel. There was debate about which should be over the other, but ultimately, Islam's holy city was deemed to have precedence. (Some say that it's that way because it looks better.)
The faction centered around the Army uses the pure roundel, the National Guard faction in Riyadh uses the roundel with a book, presumed to be the Koran, over the roundel, and other factions have chosen other symbols. I'll post them as I create them.

assuming that alt-germany used the same flag as OTL, it might simply adopt a roundel in national colours:

Just a note, in french, it would be "République du Québec" (note the "du" and 2 accented "e").

I think I knew that, but didn't bother with the accents when doing the text for some reason. Likely laziness LOL
The lack of accents are actually less of an issue than using "De Quebec" instead of "Du Quebec". In french, "du Quebec" means "of (the Province of) Quebec" while "de Quebec" means "of (the City of ) Quebec".
