Hello there, congrats on your first post!

First off, Sealion is a no go, the German would not attempt it. Sealion is one of those subject which are often mentionned here, it's been twisted and turned and it cannot work. Plus Germany would attack France first in your scenario :)

What I know is that France would not offer Tunisia, it's been French for too long AND it's vital for French interests in Algeria. A share in the Suez canal does seem very likely though.

Djibouti I don't know, it is quite strategic...

Anyway, you wouldn't need to get Italy on your side, Italian neutrality would be enough (in exchange of secret treaties giving it a sizeable share in the Suez Canal and maybe a treaty of free trade through Djibouti for Ethiopia)

Hello, and welcome to this website:). This TL for several reasons :

- Given the pathetic the Italian army's performance during OTL WW2, and since Italy is a relatively small and lightly industrialized country that doesn't have much to offer that the Allies don't already have, I don't see the Allies going to such great lenghts to get Italy on their sides, especially by giving away their colonies.

-Now, Italy might be weak, but I don't see the Nazis steamrolling them easily : the Alps are a formidable natural barrier, and Italy probably relies on substantial allied support. Also, in this case, the Nazis can't seize Sardinia or Sicily : their navy is extremely weak compared to the Allied navies, they have no way of getting it into the Mediterranean, and they don't have any allies in the area capable of carrying the task.

-There is no mention of the invasion of France. If either the Phoney War or the Battle of France are still ongoing, I don't think even the Nazis would take the risk to overextend themselves by launching an invasion of Britain. Also, the Kriegsmarine's amphibious assault capability is basically nonexistent, so the invasion would have failed before it even began.

-Even at the hardest moments of OTL WW2, the Allies never seriously considered merging into a single Commonwealth. I don't think they would do it ITTL either.
