Actually in the comics red son things turned out surprisingly well...Superman: red son depicts a world where the United States basically destroyed its political institutions to survive the Cold War with the Soviet Superman
after Luthor’s inevitable departure…that is going to be a shitshow

Consider that Israel, Russia, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, and Brazil, are going to be pissed that they weren't invited to the party. Just consider how angry the MOSSAD and RSB are feeling, being left out of the talks. Also consider that North Korea would be concerned that all of the nations involved are opposed to North Korea having the nuclear bomb...All three of them. Quantum, Spectre, and the latest one. They had their claws sunk in most major nations as well, but the UK managed to weather the storm the best thanks to Bond's actions, though Casino Royale and QoS imply the War on Terror of the 2000s still happened.
Yeah it seems that Spectre's gotten their influence down into the US State Department, and M downright chastises Bond for taking a job from the CIA.
That's the biggest one, the UK in Craig Bondverse has it be in a world same as our's, but be at least as influential as it was in the early Cold War. They also manage to deploy a destroyer in the Pacific Ocean very, very quickly. I'm not knowledgeable on if there's British territory there already in OTL, but could this mean that the UK's kept Hong Kong as a port ITTL? Or have leasing rights in Australia? Either way, its a blink and you'll miss it moment, but M briefly says that its not just the Russians and Japanese angry at the UK's deployment in disputed waters there, they're having issues with the USA as well.
Then there's the Nine Eyes in Spectre, rather than Five Eyes of OTL. Nine Eyes is said to include the following countries:
Confirmed members:
Spain
China
France
Germany
Japan
South Africa
United Kingdom
United States
Australia
Ambiguous members:
Italy
With it being specifically listed out as "representatives of the Spanish, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, South African, British, and American intelligence services were present at Nine Eyes' inaugural meeting in Tokyo, Japan."
It depends, there are several alternatives even within the Soviet end to post-Greenlight reconstruction, such as Soviet agents in post-Greenlight Western Europe and maneuvers throughout the United States. In one of the many possible endings in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Soviet agent Perseus detonates the nukes that were apart of Project Greenlight, a US program started by Eisenhower, across Europe that kills many civilians. What is the political fallout of this?

I've posted about this ending before, but I'm just curious. What was the state of the Soviet economy by 1981, because I doubt the Soviets have the will or ability to project itself over all of Europe, especially a Europe that has been razed to the ground.
Also, I keep looking at the map of bombs in Europe and somehow, the Americans were able to sneak a bomb into Communist Poland. How? I don't know.

My own personal headcanon, back from when I was a 90s kid Trekker, was that "Leningrad" is the name of a popular (presumably Soviet-styled) theme park.In the Star Trek Universe, the Soviet Union never fell or got back again in the 23th Century.
Sounds fun .My own personal headcanon, back from when I was a 90s kid Trekker, was that "Leningrad" is the name of a popular (presumably Soviet-styled) theme park.
I mean, hey, it's been 300 years...it'd be like a Ren Faire, or Disneyland. People from the actual 1600s would probably find those baffling, too.
Just be glad we didn't get to see the park they have in Germany. Eek.
For that matter in the tie in comics for Into Darkness Khan and the augments kicked off the Eugenics Wars by nuking Washington and Moscow in 1992!Sounds fun .
Even if from retrospective, it doesn't make much sense
