50+ years of reading and a vast library of books, mostly devoted to WW1 or naval warfare, and 20+ years visiting battlefields all over Europe - and a little further afar. Never walked Jutland though. My Navy career was very short! Nowadays there is a lot more available online if you look carefully. And there is a wealth of experience on this site that can help you out.

I do like the idea behind this timeline. Logistics is the most obvious trap that moves the possible to the implausible - or from ATL to ASB. In this case we know what was possible (& highly implausible) from the German successes and their costs. The Germans might need a larger Kriegsmarine, although I reckon the losses in ships would be far greater than OTL, but the real difference is lack of merchant ships or even assault craft to carry that number of troops. So we need to think of an alternative means of invading Sweden, either from sourcing more ships (so another POD) or another means (again a POD).
