All transatlantic 4 stacker liners sunk by 1920 without return to commercial service [after salvage]

This timeline is as follows:

1) Titanic, Kaiser Wilhelm Der Grosse, Lusitania and Britannic sunk as in otl.
2) POD: In February 1917, shortly before resuming unrestricted submarine warfare as in otl, Germany has all its liners above 14000grt, warships and all its merchant ships below 15000grt in New York City scuttled if interned or laid up in American ports as of 1 January 1917. When America finds out of the scuttling and unrestricted submarine warfare, it declares war on Germany (by March 1917, but with fewer large liners and freighters to supply France, Vaterland, Cincinnati, Amerika, President Lincoln and President Grant of Hapag and NDL's 4 funnel liners and SS George Washington interned in America (including its cruiser conversion, another cruiser derived from NDL's SS Prinz Eithel Friedrich liner and their NDL supply ships in Newport News) to be scuttled by seacocks, fire and heavy damage that if salvaged, would only be fit as unseaworthy scrap metal in their hulls).
3) On 12 May 1918, before being rammed by RMS Olympic, RMS Olympic gets sunk by U103.

Due to these butterflies, on 4 September 1918, Aquitania ends up being the target of U53 and is sunk by the same U boat after being torpedoed twice. Kronprinzessin Cecilie (only German four stacker to be salvaged or only ship of this type not scuttled due to lawsuits) ends up being torpedoed as in otl the next day, but due to Aquitania's loss the previous day, U82 sinks the Cecilie after initially damaging it.

With all the scuttled German merchant ships, WW1 lasts slightly longer to spring 1919 at least. Butterflies allow Mauretania to be torpedoed and sunk. In 1920, SS France suffers an explosion which is worse than otl and sinks (not necessary). https://web.archive.org/web/20110929122923/http://www.frenchlines.com/ship_fr_177.php
