Alexander II not assassinated

To refresh your memory, he was a fairly liberal Tsar who came into power towards the end of the Crimean War. He made many strides and reforms, but was cut short by a bomb. It seems pretty clear that if he had survived, there would have been some sort of representative body in the government, probably similar to the first Duma.

So. I don't know much about the man besides the conventional wisdom, therefore I submit this POD to your general intellect, AH.com. :)

It seems there were plans to create some sort of body similar to the first Duma, which could have well been a stepping stone towards further liberalisation.

Relations with Germany may be better if Alexander II had survived, he being a Germanophile.

Of course this assumes that another assasination attempt doesn't get him within a couple of years. Alexander II had already been a target of assasination attempt several times before 1881 and if he survived, the attempts on his life would most likely continue.
