Akkoyunlu Victory at Otlukbeli

What if the Akkoyanlu had defeated the ottomans at Otlukbeli in 1473

Would they have been able to push deeper into Anatolia?

Perhaps end or at at least severely damage the Ottoman Empire?

I see a fellow Kings and Generals fan here :)

Anyway, Uzun Hasan winning at Otlukbeli would, from my scarce knowlege on the subject, lead to the Aq Qoyunlu's territories extending deep into Cilicia. While Uzun was married to Theodora Megas Komnenos, i doubt the Despotate of Trebizond would be restored, due to the lack of proper Byzantine noblemen to occupy the office.
Now, continued troubles in Anatolia and a rough alliance between Venice and Uzun Hasan could lead to the Ottomans having more difficulty in besieging Shkoder.

Yeah that's what brought me here. I really do love their channel.

Anyway could Akkonyunlu manage to push deeper into Anatolia and perhaps give the ottomans a sustained bloody nose?

Perhaps allowing their European enemies to seize some of their European territories?

- no ending the Ottoman Empire, the Balkan was the centre not Anatolia
- They wouldn't move further than Kayseri

I wonder how the Aq Qoyunlus are going to win it as they were outclassed by a superior military. But if they win, there won't change much.
