AHC: WW1 Western Front In Germany

OTL, Germany's more aggressive response to the assassination of Franz Ferdinand, including the first declarations of war and invasion of Belgium, meant that little fighting was done on the Kaiser's home soil. Your goal is to have a major part of the western front be in Germany for over a year and with a POD after the invasion of Belgium. What does this mean for the alternate peace? Since France is probably pushing into Germany, I doubt that it will be satisfied with just alsace-lorraine

I don't think France has the tactical capabilities to strike deep into Germany with an August 1914 PoD. An earlier PoD would be needed to give France the means to advance against prepared defences in 1914, better weaponry for the job and better training and tactics.

Germany wouldn't be able to continue to wage war if the western front was inside German borders. Their industrial heartland would be the battlefield and thus not able to produce the necessary supplies to continue the war effort. Without that, Germany collapses,
