Will the Americans intervene in the RCW?

No- the only powers who did intervene, were also involved in WWI. The US would have less experience with intercontinental expeditions and would not have the war-related justifications for getting involved. In OTL, shortly after those war-related excuses went away, the US got out.

how red scared were other major neutrals like the Swiss, Spanish, and some of the countries of the Americas? There’d be less less priming for repression, but no broad sympathy for radicalism. Not as bad, but still there I would say.

If Russia doesn't ban vodka, they wouldn't have lost their 1/4 of state revenues. Maybe this could have compansate OTL liberty loans.
As for France, if they could have done better at battle of frontiers, they could have kept more territories thus they would be less dependent US assistance

How centralized was German nitrate manufacturing using the Haber Bosch process during the war? Were their production facilities and talent pool concentrated too the point that a really bad industrial accident in the right place in 1916 or 1917 could cause a catastrophic shortage of HE and smokeless powder that makes the Flanders offensive irresistible in fall 1917?
