If Richard de La Pole's invasion actually took place, it's possible.
Mmm...It was mainly a french tool, like Owain of Wales was in Middle Ages, or the Stuarts under Louis XIV. I doubt they would have furnished him enough men to make realistic success and without real local support, even that wouldn't have been enough.
You really need Henry VIII being unpopular, more weak than OTL to have this having at least one chance to happen.
Or a Catholic crusade against Henry VIII puts a Yorkist on the throne.
Did Anti-English crusade became a thing on this board? I swear it's mentioned in every thread about England in Pre-1900
Anyway no. Crusades were a dead thing with the disappearance of feudalism as a dominant institution (if not before). Nobody was really interested on wasting resources there while they were busy with their own business (Americas, Protestant Reform at home, Italian Wars, etc.)
Most optimists thought things would have resolved themselves at the death of Henry VIII (and arguably, it was kind of close to happen OTL), the majority didn't really felt himself concerned (and certainly not Francis I, too busy against Charles Quint or trolling Catholic world allying himself with Turks), and the pessimists...well, tough luck for them.
