AHC/WI: Unified Germany without Prussia.

As it says on the label. Create a united Germany that leaves out Prussia(that only includes it's core territories and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, for the purposes of this scenario), for one reason or the other, with a POD at any time after ~1775. Bonus points awarded if the German union also includes at least Austria, Alsace-Lorraine, Luxembourg, and the Sudetenland, and double bonus points if the Germans also take over Czechia and either parts or all of the Netherlands and Belgium.

Considering much of Prussia was outside of the Holy Roman Empire, just centralize the Holy roman empire under Austria and you've got it... Prussian Germans might dominate the Polish in the scenario but that's all they've really wanted anyway so Challenge completed.

Huh?
There are some different aims of the German settlers in Prussia proper, and dominating Poland is rather low on the list.
Many city- and towndwellers wanted autonomy from the Order, generally the ports wanted a safe and lucrative trade on the Baltic Sea. Keeping the Prussian area out of the hands of the Polish kings (before 1477) or regaining dcontrol of the royal part of Prussia would be another goal. The merchants of Dnazig/Gdansk would have liked to complete dominate the foreign tade of Poland.
But politically dominating Poland was rather distant as a goal.

Considering how you've placed the earliest POD, I'd say your best bet is with a POD at the Congress of Vienna. Giving Prussia a continuous territory (like give them Saxony but not anything even near the Rhine or very little at the least) makes it easier for Prussia to be "isolated". Then Austria unifies the country (after finding a way of excluding Hungary from the new Empire without abandoning it completely, ideally) and you're done!

Czechia is integrated (maybe even Croatia, too, if you play your cards right) and getting Luxemburg to join isn't impossible, either. Depending on how things develop, having Germany also control (portions of) Belgian Luxemburg or Dutch Limburg is a possibility as well. Alsace-Lorraine might be a bit harder (simply due to the relatively good ties between Vienna and Paris) but also possible, of course.

You can fulfill a large portion of this AHC by having the Rhine Confederation survive.
