Probably the United Kingdom would get the Big Island (with a preserved Hawaiian monarchy like Tonga) while the United States gets the rest of the islands. It would need far more British penetration in the Hawaiian Islands to get a good partition.

Wouldn't it be simpler to have Britain guarantee the independence of Kauaʻi in the first decade of the 19th century and later make it a protectorate, while the rest of the archipelago ends up the same as OTL?
