AHC/WI - The Guianas region completely controlled by a non-Spanish/Portuguese power

The challenge is to have a non-Spanish/Portuguese power conquer all the Guianas and later on establish the foundation for a united Guyana state.

Additionally how would a hypothetical ATL Guyana state made up of the entire Guianas region compare with other South American states?

Dutch controlled British Guiana for a long time, would temporarily capture French Guiana at certain points, and held most of northern Brazil - just have them manage to hold onto all of this and then push west into Venezuela.

It probably wouldn't be a very important country, given the region was mostly unsuitable for plantations and had a horrible disease environment. Economically, probably not much better than Suriname, with a population not much more than 5-10 million.

Could this ATL Guyana also manage to take the Brazilian state of Roraima given its low population?

The challenge with that is geography. The Rio Branco is navigable throughout most of Roraima (including the capital Boa Vista), and it connects to the Amazon. Given the extremely rough topography, economically Roraima is best linked to Brazil (or whoever controls the Amazon River). Military conquest would be a pain too.

ATL Guyana could benefit from the rich mineral reserves found in Roraima as it was fought over by the Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and English in OTL.

Would be interesting to see how Amapa and Spanish Guyana could potentially enrich ATL Guyana economically speaking, even if it would not be a very important country though wonder what scope there is to further improve this ATL country so it is at least competitive against other South American countries like Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia?

One potential TL would be for the Guianas region to initially be be divided between the Dutch and the French, with the Dutch (instead of the Spanish or Portuguese) later taking over the latter in the aftermath of a costly French victory putting down a Haitian Revolution analogue in ATL French Guiana.
