AHC/WI: "Slavicised" Hungary-Romania, entirety of Eastern Europe Slavic

Under some circumstances, the majority of both Hungarians and Romanians speak a Slavic language and practice the Eastern Orthodox faith by 1700.
You can either talk of how this is to come about, or how this will affect European diplomacy and domestic politics.

Perhaps a variation on one of my old flag challenge entries?

Magyar migration divides in 2 - 1 heads south into Caucausus and Anatolia, the other heads west as OTL into the Pannonian Plain.
ATL however the second group, being fewer in number, get absorbed into the Avar Khaganate [1].
The Slavic dialects thus get a further boost as a lingua franca until the country evolves into the christian slavic [2] kingdom known as the Avorak Stephanate [3]

[1] becoming a sort of Pannonian Bulgaria
[2] albeit with Turkic and Magyar influence
[3] a stephan being roughly a high king and an ATL replacement for the word kagan

Why do they have to be Orthodox? There are plenty of Catholic Slavs both north and south of Hungary.

Easy. Simeon I of Bulgaria conquers the Magyars, and successive Bulgarian rulers/states maintain their lands north of the Danube. The Magyars are Slavicized/Christianized much like the Balkan Cumans were, and the Vlachs are assimilated/left as a small, Albanian sort of scattered population.

This leaves the entirety of Eastern Europe north of Greece and outside of the Baltics as Slavic.

Now, al that needs to happen is make all Eastern European countries SSRs of the Soviet Union..
