AHC/WI: Russia intervenes in Austro-Prussian war

It was a perfect opportunity to avenge the Austrian betrayal dusing Crimean war and snipe Galicia. What change in Russian foreign policy/politics is required to make this happen? What would happen next?

They could just sit back and let Austria lose--revenge taken. I suppose they could intervene if Austria was winning. That is an interesting scenario.
Russia taking Galicia is a popular concept. Why would they want it? They already control what they need to in Poland.

Why would they want Galicia? They could make use of fertile lands populated by Ukrainians.

And Poles. Galicia had lots of Poles. I don't think any Russian in their right mind would want more Poles.
So Russians not wanting more Poles was the Reason they didn't seize Galicia? Come on Russia was never afraid to add new lands to their empire. There has to be a way to get them involved in the war.

Austria wins. proceeds with plans to take Silesia, Rhineland. Russia intervenes to stop that. I bet they still don't take Galicia. They like the triparpite occupation of Poland--the more the merrier. So the status quo ante is basically restored. Russia, France and even Austria have reason to be pleased. With the failure of Prussia, German nationalism reverts to a more revolutionary nature. This is bad news for stability in Central Europe.
