AHC/WI/POD: Tocharian/Iranian Rule in China

In this timeline,we want to examine a possible Tocharian or Iranian dynasty ruling Ancient China. Tocharians,as we know, lived in the Tarim basin and parts of what is today Kyrgyzstan. Iranian peoples were very widespread from Europe to Parts of China like Sogdia and Khotan. Mostly Scythian in the Iranian peoples. So think of a POD/AHC timeline when Tocharians establish a rule in China by amalgamating local cultures and widely settling there as they did in OTL for India as Kushans in which they were only semi successful in unifying. Repeat the same timeline for the Iranic Scythians. How would China look? A mix of Caucasian and Asians? Language? Culture? How would they interact with European countries westward? What about the Huns and the Mongols? If Tocharian and Iranian ruling class and settlers impose themselves as an empire over them, how would it go about? How would the modern era look like? How would religions look like?

I think China would not be so different. All the foreign conquerors of China ended up being assimilated by the chinese culture and civilization. I don't see why a iranic conquest would be different.

An Lushan would be a good one.

But I would go earlier with the aftermath of the anti-Queen Bao Si revolt in 771 BC. In IRL, the Duke asked the Tocharians to act as mercenaries to remove Queen Bao Si and her son from succession - the Duke at the time wanted his own Daughter and grandson in line for succession. The Tocharians were victorious, but the Duke could not pay them for their "services" - they proceeded to loot the capital and make off with one (or more) of the Nine-Tripod Cauldrons and exited the scene leaving the Western Zhou to collapse into the Spring and Autumn Period of civil strife. Now ORL - the anti-Queen Bao Si revolt goes in a different manner, when told they would not be paid for their "services" - the Tocharian leader decides to make himself King.

Now before you ask by what right would he have to make himself king? It is simple:

King Henry, "The vexin's mine." The King of France, "By what authority?" King Henry, "It's got my troops all over it. That makes it mine."
