AHC/WI: More European Immigration to Peru

Like many Andean nations, Peru is mostly made up of Native and Mestizo peoples.

How could this be changed, or equaled, in this scenario with more European Immigration (a la Brazil or a less Argentina)? What the impact be? I can't help but think that surprisingly, not a great deal.

Have WWI and WWII never happened at all as the opening of Panama Canal would have somewhat diverted some inflows of European immigrants from Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay to Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Also prevent further integration of European economies especially after WWII as the EEC in OTL had diverted the outward migration inflows of remaining labor surpluses in Southern Europe towards Northern one instead to Americas.

One of the consequences might be more half-Peruvian supermodels like Helena Christiansen.

And it might mean more Anglo-Peruvian comedians like Michael Bentine.

Peru faces the wrong coast. Chile didn't get much European immigration around the turn of the century either; its population remains a mix of Spaniard and Mestizo, unlike Argentina, Uruguay, and southern Brazil, which have a mix of various European ethnicities due to immigration.
