How would our world look today if Isocrates had survived the test of time? Back in his day, he was the most influential philosopher in Athens, much more than his rival Plato, who might have been forgotten were it not for St. Augustine and his theology. What if Isocrates had remained hegemonic? How different would our world be? Bonus points if you keep Aristotle prominent enough to be the base of Thomas Aquinas' work (or rather, his analogue ITTL). Yes, Christianity must exist, but must have minimal platonic influence (i.e. it will not be the religion as we know today, but some key issues ought to remain).
