Anatolians were an ancient Indo-Europeans who were dominant in the Middle East in the Ancient era. In this challenge, you need to make them flourish so well that they become a large majority in the whole Middle East and transform the region in culture, language and religion. So even Northern Iran is also included in this challenge of you want to. How would the Greek,Roman and Persian empires fare if this was the case? What if they colonized parts of India? How would North Africa look like? How would Europe look like? How would the modern era fare if the ME was a part of the European Sphere and the European union with European Anatolians dominating in the era of Oil and gas? How would Iran be like? What would an Anatolian European India be like in the World stage? What would an Anatolian European Central Asia be like in the World stage? How would Jews fare? Let your imagination loose and give exotic timelines.

As far as I can tell the Anatolian language groups started losing ground with the unraveling of the Hittite empire in the Bronze Age Collapse. A POD that keeps that from happening would butterfly the existence of the Greek, Roman, and Persian empires and pretty much all of history after 1100 BC.

The easiest scenario would be to have the Hittite Empire not collapse in the general Bronze Age Collapse and then expand southward into the power vacuum that was quickly filled by the Neo-Assyrians Empire. The problem is that we don't know why the Bronze Age collapse happened so a realistic scenario is difficult but assuming they can fill that gap, substituting the Hittites for the Neo-Assyrians would go a long way to establishing their cultural permanence in the region.

We could have a more Organized, expansive and colonial Anatolian peoples. Not just Hittites. Phrygians,Lydians and Isaurians were of the Anatolian race. I know there would be many people today descended from mostly Anatolians. We're looking for Empires. Now a POD I can think of is that these peoples form a league and colonize Levant,Mesopotamia,Persia,Central Asia and India. They would then establish for then advanced agricultural cum commercial/semi industrial colonies in all these regions. That could give a good chance for a largest Anatolian Empire.

Have Troy defend itself from incoming Greeks. Troy defending the Marmara sea keeps Phrygians from invading central Anatolia, thus preventing its rapid downfall. A stronger Hittite empire would project power int Syria (Aleppo, the Hama) and vassalize the Phoenician states, ultimately. A king of theirs might conquer the Ponitc coast and establish trade with the Scythians.
