AHC/WI: Germany loses WWI, wins WWII

Ok, so with the POD here being November 9, 1917(so the Bolshevik coup has still happened), have Germany lose the First World War, but also have there be a Second World War, with the former Entente being on opposing sides with Germany+other powers, and have the German Alliance win that Second World War. Bonus points if both alliances resemble more liberal democratic systems than dictatorships, minus Russia.

What PODs would help here? The Nazis may be butterflied away, and for good reason: in my view it would be very difficult, for a Nazi-led Germany to successfully wage a World War. However it can be a right wing Germany, or a liberal Germany or a social democratic Germany, or a monarchist Germany. Maybe with better leadership, less antisemitism, better handling of already scarce resources, Germany could win a war so total as World War Two turned out to be for us. Perhaps Ludendorff staggers on and becomes a dictator in Germany and manages to lead his country to victory, or Von Lettow Vorbeck does the same. I'm guessing an even more protracted Russian Civil War would be a necessity, along with some measures of weakening Britain and France.

Maybe Germany manages to appear more "compliant" with provisions of an alternate Versailles? So instead of annexing Austria, it simply forces it to become an economic satellite, and Czechoslovakia faces a similar treatment.

Now then, after that, what would a German led world order look like? Would there be some rough equivalent to a Cold War? Could there have been a total German domination of Europe? Is it possible that Germany might buy off a couple of colonies off its enemies? Would decolonization change?

Well, this is a stretch, but let's go.

POD 1: Hitler isn't born or is killed in WW1.

Without Hitler, the German Worker's Party would be lead by Strasser. An attempted coup/revolution takes place, and with the help of the Soviets (if this is either before Stalin takes control or he just doesn't), and Strasser is made head of the new German National Socialist Republic (GNSR).

With his more lax and socialist policies, he eventually allies with the Soviet Union and a joint invasion of Poland takes place. The Allies get roudy, and declare war on Germany and the Soviet Union.

With the help from the Soviet Union and a growing war economy (with definite help with Nazis OTL), France would fall maybe around 1941, using a similar plan through Belgium as in OTL. The German war economy would most likely be weaker, so the invasion of France wouldn't be as quick as in OTL. The allies would also be more likely to invade Norway (did i have a stroke while writing this? i wrote normandy originally), though the USSR could through Murmansk (if they invade Finland in this TL). Neville Chamberlain wouldn't resign, but instead would die in the middle of 1940.

With the fall of France in 1942 and the possible rise of Lord Edward Halifax to Prime-Ministership, a British surrender is likely. Alsace-Lorraine, Poznan, and Danzig might bet taken, while the USSR (or possibly even Germany) would install a puppet/sattelite government in France and annex the rest of Poland.

Another possible POD is Britain not entering WW2, and leaves France and the Soviets behind. You would still have to work out the kinks in the problems the German army had against the USSR, but it's certainly possible, especially if Japan doesn't focus on Australia and can attack the USSR.
