AHC/WI - France has both a King and a President

Partly inspired by an old thread.

In a scenario where Henri - Count of Chambord dies in 1870 and Prince Philippe of Orleans becomes Philippe VII, the challenge is to make France one of the few countries to have both a King and a President or essentially a constitutional diarchy (similar to Andorra, San Marino and a few others though not sure whether a term other than diarchy would be more accurate in France's case).

Does something like Spain IOTL where the title of the HoG translates roughly as "President of the Government" count.

France could probably follow the example of OTL Spain, just that it would be interesting seeing the office of Prime Minister also being retained.
