In a scenario where Henri - Count of Chambord dies in 1870 and Prince Philippe of Orleans becomes Philippe VII, the challenge is to make France one of the few countries to have both a King and a President or essentially a constitutional diarchy (similar to Andorra, San Marino and a few others though not sure whether a term other than diarchy would be more accurate in France's case).
